Salmon Patties

1 can canned salmon

1 egg

1/2 c. self rising flour

1 qt. oil for frying

1/2 pack french onion soup mix

 

In bowl, combine salmon, egg, and flour, mix well. Form into patties. Heat approximately 1/4 inch oil in fry pan over med-high heat. Fry patties in batches until browned, turning once. Drain on paper towels and serve.
