Recipe: Kale Chips

Kale chips are simple to make and pack a powerful punch of nutrition in each bite. It’s a low-calorie green that provides an excellent source of vitamins A, B, and C, along with fiber, iron, and calcium. Baking kale into chips makes for a great on-the-go healthy snack.

1 bunch Lacinato kale
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Cut stalk out of kale and then cut into chip-sized pieces

Spread kale chips on baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper

Bake for 20 minutes, or until kale is crunchy

Let cool and enjoy!
