Vanilla Cake Balls

Whilst I was shopping yesterday, I received a notification informing me that I had been accepted to Wash U, so of course, I promptly rushed to the baking aisle to pick up ingredients for a little celebration treat. I ended up making cakeballs with green sprinkles (red and green the school colors) and shared with family and friends both the sweet treat and the sweet news.

Ingredients:

vanilla or french vanilla cake mix

eggs

vegetable oil

container of cream cheese frosting

package of almond bark

Instructions: Prepare the cake batter according to the instructions on the back of the box and bake at the designated temperature and for the allotted time. Once the cake is out of the oven, use a fork and break up the cake into crumbs; I generally use a tearing motion. Before the cake has cooled, mix in the frosting.
