Heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat in a stir fry pan or skillet. Add broccoli, carrots and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove vegetables from the pan and add the remaining oil, add garlic, beef and stir-fry for 30 seconds and then add Ying’s Stir Fry Sauce. Stir fry for another 30 seconds. Add back the vegetables and continue stirring. Stir-fry until everything is evenly coated with sauce.
Serve over rice.
