Fettuccini and Corn Casserole

Cooking and Crafting on a Budget

Comfort food to the max. It’s one of my favorite dishes. Can be the main event or a side dish.  And it’s crazy cheap. Only 5 ingredients!

Makes: 7-9 servings


1 can of corn

1 box fettuccini

1 can cream of mushroom

Shredded cheese (I used mild cheddar)

Bread crumbs (optional)

How To:

1. Cook your pasta in a large pot. Drain. Also, preheat oven to 375.

2. Add cream of mushroom and corn. Mix until combined.

3. Transfer pasta to a casserole dish. Top with cheese and bread crumbs.

4. Bake until cheese is melted or casserole is heated through. It took me about 10ish minutes. For those of you who enjoy salt and garlic (like myself), this is pretty good with that sprinkled over top.
