Chargrilled Chinese 5 Spice Chicken with Pickled Cucumbers
This recipe is the first in a series which celebrates the end of summer. It is now officially THE END, however you wouldn’t begin to even suspect cooler weather around the corner given yet another week of heatwave.
I am forever grateful for summers wonderful bounty and it will always amaze me that the most cooling of fruit and veg is born of such intense heat, but it is time to part ways and say goodbye summer, your scorching wrath will not be missed. Be gone now!
