The Paleo Vegetarian Diet

I’ve tried several different diets and eating plans over the past decade: paleo, vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian, various types of fasting and nutritional timing diets and even the GOMAD diet (that acronym stands for, believe it or not, “Gallon Of Milk A Day”).

Recently I have been doing what I call the Paleo Vegetarian diet, which sounds a little weird, although maybe not as weird as the GOMAD diet.

Basically what happened was I was doing a paleo diet for most of last year. The paleo eating structure works very well for me. It’s probably the best diet for my needs and lifestyle.

The problem was that I was getting concerned about the quality of meat available. As most people who have done even a little bit of research into the food industry know, a lot of commercial beef, chicken and pork that come from factory farms is of dubious quality…
