Eat.Walk.MyLife

Went to a Chinese restaurant 詠春園 a.k.a Spring Court which is located at Chinatown. First time heading to a Chinese restaurant for dinner other than some wedding banquets that are being held in a restaurant itself. They have a huge range of food from chili crab to pecking duck to I might say their famous popiah. They even have a place whereby passer-bys can look into and see the making of the popiah. Since their popiah is well known here, of course I would have to taste it!

Tadah! Well, the skin of the popiah is quite soft unlike some popiah outside whereby they air-ed the popiah skin out for too long and it became hard and rough. The fillings they gave are also very generous – green lettuces, fresh prawns etcetera. The second dish up is the steamed fish.
