Simply Sparkling

I recently read about a few types of tea’s that can really help you combat icky belly bloat and aid in digestion.

Fennel

Chamomile

Many know that Chamomile is a great before bed tea to help relax but did you know it also aids with your complexion, menstrual discomfort, and immunity?

Peppermint

This is another great before bed time tea that helps with immunity, relaxation, and bloating.

Basil

I really love getting teas from Teavana and brewing them but if you don’t have the time or the tools tea bags are great as well. I love Yogi Organic Tea. They taste great and have so many different options. I usually get mine from Publix or health food store but they sell to many different places.
