An Urge to Cook

After eating frozen pizza lately, I took a bold step and decided to make my own Quick and Easy Homemade Pizza (Revised). I’ve always wondered about those refrigerated Pillsbury crusts in a tube can, so I bought a tube of Pillsbury Thin Pizza Crust, some pepperoni, some Italian blend cheese, and a jar of pizza sauce. I already had the rest of the ingredients needed.

This meal uses my improved Jim’s Pizza Seasoning recipe, which is attached when this recipe is printed out. You could also use Italian seasoning, but generously add some fennel seeds to the Italian seasoning. My pizza seasoning already contains every herb and spice you might need, except salt and red pepper flakes.

All of these ingredients are readily available at Walmart, so why not try it yourself? You do have a large cookie or baking sheet, don’t you? By the way, you don’t have to use pepperoni…
