Wake up late and no time for a healthy breakfast? Donut and coffee? Nah… There a few healthy options that are tasty and easy to prepare every morning…

1. Hardboiled/soft boiled eggs
Depending on how you like your eggs done,  you can always pop in 3-4 eggs (only 1 yolk would recommended) in boiling water you prepare for work.

2. Instant cooked oats
I don’t mean those sugary oats in the satchel but rather oats that can cook in the microwave or just by pouring in hot water. Some personal touch to improve the taste varies from a scoop of whey protein, nuts or berries. 

3. Peanut butter and sugar free jam spread
Really rushing for time?  Spread these natural and healthier spreads on wholemeal bread and you are a good breakfast.  Accompany this with a glass of low fat milk or whey protein to increase protein intake.
