Hibiscus Water:

I normally only drink water and the occasional juice. On a regular basis, I do have my one cup of good, black coffee and one cup of whatever tea that I want at the end of the day. But sometimes I get bored and want something refreshing- so hibiscus water it is!!

Basically you get a handful of dried hibiscus flowers and you soak them in about 1-2 gallons of water for 24 hours and you have a delicious drink available!! Or you can let it soak in cold water in your fridge for 2-3 days. It’s pretty much like making sun tea but since hibiscus flowers are so potent, it’s not necessary. You can add sugar or honey to sweeten it up. It has a floral, sweet, and tart taste. I personally like to mix it up with cranberry juice since it’s the similar taste. This drink…
