Super Strong Core

I have to say, the previous recipe didn’t really work. So I tried another one!


So here we are. Delicious strawberry protein flapjacks.

1. 120 gr of butter
2. 6-7 tbl spoons of running honey
3. 170 gr of oats
4. 200 gr of strawberries.
5. One scoop of strawberry flavored protein.

I followed Mr. Naked Chief procedure Melt butter in a pan. Dissolve the honey in it. Stir the oats in, making sure that the mass is all sticky. Drop strawberries and protein in a pan. Mix thoroughly. Put baking paper in a baking tray, smear some butter over. Pour the mixture in the tray and press it in a nice shape.

Put in in the pre-heated oven to 150C for 35 min. Yum!

Nutrition facts: 1 piece (1/9) is 154 cal, 10g fat, 10g carbs, 5g protein, 5g sugars.
