So You Life

Eggs are a great healthy breakfast since they are packed with protein. The egg whites are the best but the yolks are still good too. Studies have shown that the yolks are good for you & don’t raise your cholesterol. I usually do all egg whites or 1 whole egg & 1 egg white. Eggs are great because you can mix in vegetables or some ham. My favorite is 2 egg whites with spinach & tomato. This morning I was out of spinach so I made a tomato omelet with a little part skim mozzarella cheese with a side of berries.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so make it great!

1 egg

1 egg white

1/2 chopped tomato
