Off the Hook Cooking


Spiral pasta

Italian Dressing*

Pepperoni slices – cut in half**

Sliced black or green olives

1/2 Jar sliced banana peppers – each slice cut in half

1 Red oniondiced 1/2” X 1/2”

2 Jalapenos – finely diced

Parmesan cheese – grated


Step 1:  Follow directions on pasta package and cook pasta until done

Step 2:  While pasta is cooking, cut your vegetables

Step 3:  Drain pasta and rinse with cold water

Step 4:  Add all ingredients to pasta and mix well

*Use oil and vinegar if you prefer or do not have italian dressing on hand

**Substitute turkey pepperoni for a healthier mix
