Peachy Side

IMG_0479Need ideas on what to grill this weekend? Instead of frozen beef burgers, why not try my homemade turkey burgers.

Of course you don’t need to fire up the grill for them, they are fine hitting the pan too! If you want that smokey flavor, add some smoked paprika or use Smoked Sea Salt.

Benefit: Opting for Turkey Mince, offers you a lean protein choice, instead of going all out for a double serving of saturated fats by topping off your beef burger with cheese, mayo, egg and a side serving of french fries.

I skip the burger bun, slice these in half and put my toppings in between, this way I can have my baked Sweet potato fries and I don’t feel bloated from too much starch of doubling up on the bun too.
