Blueberry-Banana Green Tea Smoothie

Lately I’ve been on a bit of a smoothie-fix. It actually all started because one of my best friends (Mandy) and I have embarked on this weight loss journey together. We started food logging, which by the way I recommend to anyone trying to lose a few! Anyways, she inspired me to start making smoothies for breakfast. At first, I didn’t think I had the time since I’m usually running out the door in the morning, but she suggested I make them the night before … so that’s what I’ve been doing and so far its being going great. I mean, it’s only been like 3 days since I started this whole smoothie for breakfast thing, but I’ve been having fun trying to come up with new flavor combinations.
